The Harker Potteries began production in 1840 in a small log cabin pottery and closed in 1972 after 132 years of continuous production and service in the East Liverpool Pottery District.

I believe this is a goat riding toy, some describe it as a goat wagon. This child's plate is 7" in diameter. The plate shows a “Sub-surface” crack on both sides. If you run your fingernail across it; you will NOT feel it.
