This medal commemorates the 50th Anniversary of the end of the Vietnam War.

It features the American flag and the Maryland state flag on the front, along with the American Legion emblem. The dates "2022-2023" are inscribed on the front, and the phrase "NEVER FORGET" is on the back. The reverse side also features an image of a motorcycle, possibly a Harley-Davidson.
