This is the  1973 Bicentennial Commemorative Medal. The Obverse features Samuel Adams and Patrick Henry. The Reverse features The Committees of Correspondence. The Medal comes in the original Plastic Display Case/Easel along with the Descriptive Information about the Medal. There are a couple of small stains on the paper, from the glue that holds it to the case.
