Council Patch = Refers to a patch that is round, square, diamond any many other shapes, but not designed to be worn on the shoulder. They give the council name only - no event or camp names. They were mostly issued before CSP's became popular. They usually went on a pocket.

This patch is 2.38 diameter, Lt. Blue twill background and it has a cloth back. This patch is FACTORY NEW and NEVER BEEN WORN.
