This is a Brass 1" dia. medal. The front of the medal shows the Saturn 5 rocket on its Launchpad. The rear of the medal shows the Vehicle Assembly Building at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The medal comes in an octagonal plastic case. The medal shows signs of wear, tarnish and has some scratches on it. It was purchased in 1974.
